9 Fluid Control Services AS Engineering Custom Designs Our engineering department offers custom designs of advanced high pressure units. Trough our complex 3D visualization, our customers have the ability to in-depth follow and affect the design phase through to the build process. Our previous work consists of hydraulic pressure units, hose reels, hose chutes, emergency hose cutters ( tonns), accumulator units, pulsation dampers, offshore surveying, work platform, pressure vessels, chiksan/chiksan manifolds, pumping units, lifting frames, pulsation dampers, filter units (high and low pressure), work containers, special purpose tools and equipment. We also simulate pressures and stresses on our models and units. Allowing us to accurately design them according to D.N.V / NS-EN and (lifting operations offshore). We are always ready to take on new challenges!

Our previous work consists of hydraulic pressure units, hose reels, hose chutes, emergency hose cutters (150-300tonns), accumulator units, pulsation dampers, offshore surveying, work platform,

10 Fluid Control Services AS Testing Up to PSI Our testing facilities provides certified, high pressure testing up to PSI. These procedures can be functional on system components such as pipes, tanks, valves and other equipment. The operation is performed using fluids (liquid) and all metering instrumentation is supplied with relevant traceable certification of calibration and documentation packages. During testing, the pressure will be visible on gauges, and logged on data, or mechanical logger. We are also monitoring this on camera. Extensive stocks of materials are held in store, these include items such as blind flanges to cater for piping standards SAE, SPO, DIN, API in RF, RTJ or hub type configurations, test plugs for flange and weld integrity test (internal joint testers).

The operation is performed using fluids (liquid) and all metering instrumentation is supplied with relevant traceable certification of calibration and documentation packages.

Fluid Control Automation has the competence, knowledge and resources to supply automation package, with all services from procurement and delivery to planning and completion of major service and overhaul projects. The company offers total management including Project Management, Sales, Maintenance, Engineering and Service.
