The inmate population was 347 at the time of inspection. 2. At the time of inspection, the certificate from Radiation Control within HSU had expired. The Department recommeed reaching out to Radiation Control for an updated certificate of compliance. 3. Pod E was empty at the time of inspection. The facility was upgrading the security syem within the block. This facility does not comply with the Department s Regulations cited above. In accordance with 105 CMR , please submit a plan of correction within 10 working days of receipt of this notice, iicating the specific corrective eps to be taken, a timetable for such eps, a the date by which correction will be achieved.
