13 1. To clarify selection 504 Transfer Credit; grade not carried on receiving institutions transcript. Transfer credit is posted on the Owens Academic Transcript and the grading schema is posted as a grade of TA, TB, TC, TD. The grade is not calculated in the students gpa but the credits are included in attempted, passed and earned credit hours. 2. #530 - Student elected Pass-fail: Y grade; only counts in EHRS #540 - Student elected Pass-fail: Z grade; no GPA effect # NF & SF - attendance grades; treated like "F" grade 3. Please note this is an additional submission to add code 540 to Ohio University's list of grade scale codes that could be used on our transcripts. 4. YSU will review the supplement during testing phase and during the initial transcript exchange process. I anticipate that our SIS system and DARS will properly handle the equating of TAG courses as long as we are notified by the Board of Regents of TAG equate changes. We plan to keep our equate system up to date with TAG equates. 5. It is important to note that CourseAcademicGradeScal ecode #515 has its own place in the XML tag CourseRepeatCode. 10/25/
