9 Services Vendor has been identified Vendor preparation set-up a vendor in Cameco systems and to define the requirements for prequalification based on the risk involved in the service they provide Vendor Prequalification Form Company, banking, financial information etc. Determine the risk level (Design Process Complexity, Design Maturity, Production Complexity, Product or Service Characteristic, Economics, Safety, Environment)

15 Exemptions and Variances Exemption Applies when a complete requirement is deemed not necessary, not applicable, would not add value or would cause undue hardship for a vendor Variance Applies when part of a requirement is deemed not necessary, not applicable, or would not add value for a vendor Insurance Safety programs Temporary use of an F Grade Vendor Temporary for a bid list
