NEW PROGRAMS FOR 2015! e-learning Entrepreneurship Finance International Trade Marketing Non-Profit Sustainable Management Six-Sigma AIM, in partnership with MindEdge, Inc., now offers self-paced programs online designed to teach the critical skills necessary to lead and manage in today s modern world. Courses within each program are also available individually. Online training allows your employees to learn via the Web without having to expend a full day or more at a seminar site. Employers may also access a personalized online learning management system (LMS) that allows monitoring of enrolled employees. Supervisory Skills Level 1 Certificate Series AIM has been selected, via a grant from the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund, to provide our supervisory education programs at no charge to qualified companies throughout the state*. This project is funded by a Workforce Training Fund grant through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development. The grant program is administered by the Commonwealth Corporation. Training dates and locations are listed in this brochure.
