3 Introduction What does it do? EXT: Shop System Manager Module - shop_manager Introduction This is backend module made to help with management of Shop System (tt_products) for TYPO3. Shop Manager consist of two sections. With "Online Shop Structure" you can manage shop categories and items pretty simple. "Order Management" is a useful order status manager with customers notification support. Screenshots Online Shop Structure Order Management 3

4 Administration EXT: Shop System Manager Module - shop_manager Administration Installation and configuration There is some constants of tt_products are set in Constant Editor (Template configuration module) to make Shop System extension work correctly (like PIDstoreRoot). To run up some of tt_products settings you should copy them from Constant Editor to fields that shown while you're trying to install this extension shop_manager in Extension Manager. You should set following constants: PIDstoreRoot Page ID with tt_products items PIDcategories Page ID with tt_products with categories (possible coincidence with PIDstoreRoot) sys_products_orders Page ID with tt_products orders PIDtracking Frontent page ID where tt_products frontend plugin width tracking code is set domain website url without leading order _fromname value of from-filed for user order _from from witch messages to user will be sent Here is also some settings available: Swap module functions set it to swap order of module sections 4

6 EXT: Shop System Manager Module - shop_manager Users manual Users manual In this section will be presented modules capabilities. Online Shop Structure section Categories manager On the right you see categories list. Using edit icon you can make changes to available categories. Using Add new record you can create new categories. Goods manager Similar you can manage product articles of tt_products that is stored under Goods section. Here you can edit existing and create new tt_products items. Also here is possible to set filter to display items only for special category. Order Management section Jump to order On the right you see form where you can enter orders ID (number) to quick access. Orders list On the left you see list of orders grouped by them statuses. You can access to order details using edit icon. After this action you see order details with three tabs. 6

7 EXT: Shop System Manager Module - shop_manager Users manual At first you see order details and customers information. In Ordered items is listed items that customer ordered. In Status tab you can see history of orders status changes and set another one. When another status is set there is appears field for comment and button to apply status changing. After submit user will receive notification similar to that he receiving every time when status is changing. 7

Changes: This version allows to set limit of displaying records in Order Tracking function of module Thanks to Andrea Boselli for: Initial release. Possibility to override the extension settings through the backend user s TypoScript. Basically if you add a TSconfig like this one: mod.user_shopmanager.pidstoreroot = 2 PID of shop categories and shop items were divided (meant that you can set them separately).
