3 Operating and Hosting Solutions for Facilities Worldwide Enterprise Transformation for Geospatial Intelligence As part of the transformation of U.S. geospatial intelligence capabilities, we are building and operating one of the Intelligence Community s (IC) first completely modernized IT infrastructures from the ground up. Starting with its groundbreaking data center, the new enterprise infrastructure consolidates and modernizes stove-pipe legacy architectures into a single, fully virtualized and tiered server and storage architecture that will enhance information sharing and improve mission operations. Employing Multiple Level Security (MLS) thin client solutions within the private virtual cloud network, our scalable solution increases flexibility and reduces life-cycle costs, while ensuring full agency control and the highest security. The Marine Corps Enterprise IT Solution is the prime contractor for the Marine Corps Enterprise IT Services (MCEITS) program. MCEITS provides a unified enterprise application environment in an innovative cloud computing architecture to support collaboration, shared services and access to trusted information. Our MCEITS solution employs IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices, service oriented architecture (SOA) foundational services, enterprise collaboration applications, advanced virtualization and dynamic resource management. The solution will interface with Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES) from the U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency. Supporting the Defense Intelligence Community Partnering with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) for more than 40 years, we meet the enterprise IT infrastructure and data center requirements of the command, control and intelligence (C2I) community worldwide. Deployable Data Center We are working with U.S. Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (USBICES) to develop a deployable data center that replicates 90 percent of USBICES services and other core network capabilities at austere locations in the International Security Assistance Force s areas of responsibility. Deployable at a moment s notice in a standard and inconspicuous, 20 ft. ISO container, the data center supports eight fully populated racks of systems and network equipment, self contained communications infrastructure, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and uninterrupted power. operates and hosts government data centers, disaster recovery and continuity of operations (DR/COOP) facilities, network operations centers (NOC) and security operations centers (SOC). We have provided operations services for military, IC and federal civilian data centers in the U.S. and around the globe. Today, we manage operations for major data centers, such as the MCEITS facility in Kansas City, MO and the new IC center for geospatial intelligence. We also operate our own advanced data centers, where we provide hosting and managed services virtually provisioned and tailored to specialized customer needs. Secure Hosting Services for Healthcare Enterprises Our world-class data center in Towson, MD offers managed hosting for the unique needs of government health organizations and commercial payers. Designed to host application and data warehouses, the fully redundant facility meets the high availability, fault tolerance and strict security demands of the health industry, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance. Using a virtual private network, we provide dedicated servers in dedicated controlled environments, ensuring full data security, segregation and control. The facility provides redundant power and cooling for high density computing. Enterprise IT Services for the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) We built and operate the USAR s enterprise data center, supporting 50,000 users at more than 900 locations nationwide. With the migration from General Dynamics Peachtree City, GA facility to Ft. Bragg, NC, the data center has consolidated and virtualized more than 1,800 servers from 137 USAR sites. The ITIL-based facility provides enterprise IT services, such as Active Directory and , as well as application hosting and management capabilities. Current operations include the enterprise service desk, technical support, desktop management and selfservice user account management. Users can connect their computers and gain full access to services at any USAR location. A Resource for Agile Managed Services recently built and manages a secure, stateof-the-art enterprise operations center in Westminster, CO. The facility houses an ITIL-based service desk as well as network and security operations centers providing centralized, 24/7 enterprise IT service support for government customers nationwide. The high security, LEEDS-certified (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) facility offers agile managed services, support and compartmentalization to host enterprise infrastructure and applications for our government customers.
