Free time at your disposal for a shopping tour. Visit to the exclusive Miu Miu shop by Prada in Galleria Cavour, a landmark for high fashion shopping. Have a rest and enjoy an aperitif in the suggestive frescoed rooms, while the new collections are on display. Overnight. II Day: Buffet Breakfast. TOUR INSIDE FERRARI MYTH Journey through the cult of the Maranello: The Museum, the Factory and the Fiorano Track Pick-up at 09.30am drop off at 02.30pm directly at the Bologna reserved. This program allows you to visit the Museo Ferrari in Maranello (guided tour not included). The Museum is divided into themed areas designed to fulfill the expectations of enthusiasts of all kinds, from motor racing fans to expert historic car enthusiasts and even those who admire the Prancing Horse as an icon of Italian design, exclusivity and technology. At the end of the visit, Factory Tour (private shuttle bus and Italian/English language guide included). A Museum guide will introduce visitors to the various characteristics and features of the circuit where Ferrari has done its road and competition car testing since 1972, and to the Ferrari Factory, sets on Viale Enzo Ferrari, where the Prancing Horse cars are built. Return to Bologna in the afternoon and Overnight in Bologna. III Day: Buffet Breakfast and check out. Half day cooking class travelling through the Italian cooking tradition. Venture out on a morning excursion to a cheese factory, there you will meet Alessandro, where you will see all the working steps in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (floors can be wet, be advised) the world s most famous artisanal cheese made only here in the Emilia-Romagna countryside. This special part of the tour takes us to an factory where they have invested their entire lives in maintaining the quality and tradition of this fantastic product. You will have the rare opportunity to witness the entire process, from the early morning delivery of the milk from local farmers to the crafting of the curds by the master cheesemaker BIG CHEESE to the final aging process. (You ll also see a Parmigiano bank, storing millions of this incomparable cheese!) At the end of the visit you will enjoy The Breakfast of the Champions with glass or two of good, dry Lambrusco, and, of course, plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese. Then we continue with an Orienting Walking Tour which includes the district of Santa Croce, famous for the church known as the Pantheon of the Italian Glories owning to the fact that many illustrious Italian are buried here (Michelangelo, Galilei, Rossini, Macchiavelli) We continue through the historical centre: the Cathedral, The Baptistery, Giotto Bell-tower, Dome by Brunelleschi, new Market, Old Bridge, Signoria Square and finally the Uffizi Gallery to admire its highlights: Giotto, Masaccio, Botticelli and others (about one hour and a half).
