Acted as liaison between ARC and Yale to assist in the finalization of protocols and procedures. Provided ongoing remote support for the data collection team. Led peer nomination data collection in classrooms for approximately 200 pre-adolescent and adolescent students and prepared data for analysis. Assessed symptoms of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity during testing using the SNAP-IV ADHD Rating Scale. Implemented a universal classroom-based behavior management strategy, the Good Behavior Game, with study participants diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, and an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Recruited child participants to complete Social Competence Interviews and to obtain recordings of physiological activity (i.e. heart rate, skin conductance, blood pressure) in a clinical setting and at a rural all-girls summer camp. Enrolled a subset of students from the Beginner Program to attend Ballet Tech on a full-time basis the following year. Beginner Program Coordination Scheduled and coordinated the arrival and departure of 150 students from host public schools to Ballet Tech.
