9 EBPs (Evidence-Based Practices) Develop, implement and evaluate promising and EBP models for prevention and treatment of gambling disorder. Awareness-Building Develop, implement and evaluate a program to build awareness of healthy choices, responsible gambling practices and available state resources. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Develop, implement and evaluate a program of CQI to enhance Ohio s problem gambling services system of care. Workforce Capacity-Building Includes planning & implementation of Supervision Fellowship Program, regional training seminars and statewide conference. 9

Treatment Supervision Fellowship Program One organization will be funded to develop and implement a fellowship program for six qualified individuals to be trained as supervisors for gambling disorder treatment. Fellows will receive a stipend of $2,000 each to cover instate travel & expenses during the course of the program. Proposals will include the process used to develop the project; including stakeholder engagement; plan for marketing outreach and recruitment of fellows; phases/stages of fellowship program; and description of completion or graduation stage of program. 17
