For 1-1/2 years, I received supervision as a member of the UNC Organization Development Team.

4 4 PROFESSIONAL HISTORY: Chief of the Violent Crimes Section North Carolina Department of Crime Control & Public Safety September 1979 to April 1992 Performed criminal analysis and research for criminal justice professionals. Performed psychological profiles of at-large violent criminals to help police investigators. Educated judges, prosecutors, and police regarding the conditions and the prevention of violent crimes. Expert testimony. Organization development consultation for police departments. Personnel Director North Carolina Department of Crime Control & Public Safety February 1978 to August 1979 Directed all personnel functions for the department, including job design, human resource analysis and planning. Screening Supervisor/Psychologist Developmental Evaluation Center of Franklin, Johnston, Wake and Warren Counties September 1975 to January 1978 Trained the first team of prekindergarten screeners, helped set statewide policy. Was part of the Center Management Team. Chaired the DEC Legislative Committee. Served 16 public agencies in four counties. Supervised an 8 member staff.
