Selection Process Key selection criteria are used to identify candidates of special interest. 6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS A cost benefit analysis of in-house versus outsourced recruitment suggests that the benefit of outsourcing far outweighs an in-house approach with its related costs. COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS TIME FRAMES are reduced significantly by outsourcing from a minimum of six to eight weeks, to just a few days. PLACEMENT FEES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS A Placement is defined as occurring when an individual, whom CV People Africa introduces by whatever means, is hired on a contractual, consultancy, temporary or permanent basis. A Placement Fee is raised when a placement is made. The fee charged will apply irrespective of the terms of probation and conditions of service. Fees will also be raised to cover specific outsourced services provided. Gross Annual Taxable Package shall be defined as the total annual remuneration before any deductions (eg. tax, pension, statutory levies, etc.) and will also include allowances or fringe benefits (13th cheque, bonus, transport, housing, entertainment, educational or cash allowances, school fees, medical aid, etc.) Should a Net Salary be paid, then the gross annual package will be calculated according to relevant tax bands. Should a Basic Salary Plus Commission be paid, the fee charged will be based on previous earnings and on an estimate of the expected gross annual package. Payment of the fee note, which is raised and ed once the new recruit has started, is expected on presentation and within 30 Days. Interest accrues at the rate of 1% per month thereafter.
