4 Basic principles of payroll project implementation Stage 1 Entering into a contract between the Bank and a company; A company assigns a person responsible for interaction with the Bank related to payroll project implementation. Stage 2 The Bank obtains from the responsible person the documents for payment cards issue collected at the employees. Stage 3 Stage 4 The Bank transfers to a company the cards produced and PIN-envelopes for issue thereof to the company s employees. The Company s accountant provides the Bank with the payment order (in electronic form) accompanied by the list of the company s employees. If the Bank-Client system is installed in the company, there is a possibility to forward the payment orders to the Bank and the lists for payroll transfer to the employees in electronic form. The Bank credits payroll to the accounts of employees payments cards within 1 banking day from the day of money and lists receipt by the Bank.
