4 Introduction - Across the United States we are vulnerable to any number of geologic, meteorological, biological, accidental, and intentional events and incidents. 5 Fisk Consultants (FCG) - Understanding the real need for a Business Emergency Management firm that assists small to mid-sized businesses in all aspects of emergency response operations, Fisk Consultants was established in With a mission and goal to provide assistance to our clients in the development, facilitation, and implementation of personalized plans for Business Emergency Management systems.
