Equipped with jacking yard-turning mechanism, it can travel laterally, longitudinally and self-rotarily, available for bunching operation and independent operation. Crane Travel Mechanism Supported by tyres and flexible in yard-turning. 8-tyre-type and 16-tyre-type are available for 90 degree yard-turning of the cart tyre and self-rotation of the complete machine. Distributed drive is applied in cart travel mechanism, promoting complete stability of the machine. Trolley Travel Mechanism Trolley travel mechanism, applied with the compact three-in-one structure form, is light in weight and low in energy cost; applied with distributed drive, it has high working efficiency, and gear rack drive can also be equipped based on special need of customers or practical condition of work sites so as to prevent slipping of the load trolley. Hoisting Mechanism Single-drum or double-drum is applied and new type wrap system is used to prolong the service life of steel rope. For double drum, all steel ropes are disposed symmetrically with the same length, decreasing the spare parts greatly. With drum distributed reasonably and centerline of drum being perpendicular to the trolley travel direction, rope disorder during the linkage of lifting mechanism and trolley travel mechanism can be prevented, and abrasion between steel rope and drum can be reduced to prolong service life of all parts. Gantry With the application of alloy steel container welding structure, as well as the scientific calculating and optimizing design, this structure is more reasonable and is of stronger capacity. 6 09 10 Safe and Efficient Energy-saving and Environment-protecting Hybrid Drive Technology and Energy Recycle System During normal work, the machine is electricity-driven, and kinetic energy from the heavy descending is recycled to the power grid. During yard-turning, the machine is driven by auxiliary diesel engine generators of low power, which saves energy greatly and satisfies the need of environment protection. Four-rope Anti-sway Patented Technology This anti-sway mechanism can carry out the anti-sway of spreader in double directions and is extremely effective. Malfunction Automatic Detection and Real-time Display of Data Technology Working conditions of machine, including lifting height, speed, weight, and acceleration of lifting mechanism, operating position, speed, and acceleration of trolley travel mechanism, are all displayed on human-machine interface; malfunctions can be recorded automatically for maintenance; information from control system signal input and control output point can be displayed, with CMS system equipped, doing centralized dispatch and control, which is applicable for quayside office automation. 7 11 12 Perfect Details Brilliant Highlights Cart mechanism, applying 4-angle-drive type, operates stably, reducing sudden impact from starting, accelerating, or decelerating, and prolonging tyre service life; reliability and comfortable feeling in operation are ensured; infinitely AC variablefrequency drive control type is applied in lifting control, which reduces impact from starting and braking, stabilizing operation to reduce shake and swing during working. Trolley wheel assembly applies scientific and reasonable eccentric cover form, which adjusts wheel straightness and improves trolley deviation during traveling. Horizontal guide device is equipped to prevent derailing during traveling. Cable reel, characterized by mainstream hysteresis structure, has stable telescopic rope and compact structure. Motors at the drive end can be adjusted according to onsite condition for best operation and longest service life of power cable. Applied with EFI diesel generator unit, this machine has compact structure, base oil tank, low noise, and low oil consumption, ensuring complete machine steering and yard-turning. It can hoist container spread in low speed for necessary functions. Electricity drive of RTG main operating mechanisms has full digital AC variablefrequency and PLC-controlled speed governing. Lifting mechanism has the function of constant-power speed governing control. With ultrasonic anti-collision protection function, RTG has alarming, cart automatically deceleration and braking when two RTGs on the same lane are close to each other to certain extent. Cart applies engineering tyre without inner tube. Directions of the tyre tread are not parallel to tyre outer periphery so as to reduce resistance during tyre steering. RTG has instability preventing equipment if one tyre flats or explores. Top pin device is equipped to spreader to form electricity and machine interlocks with rotary lock. The rotary lock cannot be screwed if it is not completely inserted in the lock hole; rotary lock can not be unlocked if the spreader is loaded, thus preventing accidents like hook release. Gear rack drive mechanism can be fitted to trolley mechanism, preventing slipping of load-carrying trolley. It is a reasonably designed with high working efficiency and stable transmission.
