This course addresses topics such as: What is the best way to discuss a problem with another person? What is the best way to listen? How can we get our point across without causing defensiveness? What approach should we use to resolve conflicts? Psychology 151 addresses issues and develops techniques to improve your communication ability and, as a result, your relationships. Program Information: This course can be used as either a required course or an elective in some University Studies Programs or some Human Kinetics Programs. Delivery: This course is delivered face-to-face.
