1 PRESENTATION OF GROUP HMC-DOMAINES DU SOLEIL Company HMC- Domaines du Soleil, company, with the capital of Euros, is a holding operational which controls a whole of companies specialized in the trades of hotel trade and provisions of services related to hotel trade. Historically founded by the Burgué family, hotel traders since two generations, the group developed its business by its own creation, or by external acquisitions of hotel or para-hotel units, which gradually hoisted it with the third national rank of the residential activity of tourism. Chaired today by Philippe Burgué, former chartered account, accompanied by Jean Marie Claverie, general manager, and former business barrister, and by Jean Michel Guinchard, managing director and former chief executive officer of PLM FRANTEL, the company pursues its development on the hotel management of the whole units of lodging, which constitutes the heart of its skills. Directly or indirectly present at Morocco, in the Caribbean, or in France, the group manages or markets 69 establishments representing rooms, or beds, for a sales turnover of 45 M euros, and a net income of 2 Million euros. The practice of this trade for 20 years has guaranteed an experience recognized in the hotel service, at the same time as a capacity of adaptation to its long-term evolutions. The residence activity of tourism is considered by the group allowing the advantageous coexistence of the interests of private investors; anxious to diversify their financial inheritance on products which spare also their pleasure, with those of a company specialized in the provisions of services in relation to hotel trade, able to develop the image of this long-term inheritance. In this direction, Company HMC, privileges the real estate operators who chose quality, whether of the residential sites, architectural and decorative proposals, or of the requirements of the services expected by the customers and the owners. This policy of development of the top-of-the-range service constitutes, today, the distinctive criterion of its activity and the pledge of its existence.
