2 Background, Objectives, Method The Cultural+Planning Group surveyed arts organizations in Broward County to gain a better understanding of : Funding Donor base Programs Audience development and marketing needs and resources Facility and other needs and resources Attitudes towards resource sharing and collaboration Attitudes towards ways to strengthen arts and culture in Broward County Potential interest in festivals The survey was available from November 3, 2009 through December 1, A total of 23 organizations completed the survey.
