Thai massage is both deeply relaxing and energizing. This technique is performed fully clothed on a Thai mat. Tension Treater ~ Application of moist heat, followed by specific massage of the scalp, face, jaw, neck and shoulders to relieve headaches, TMJ pain, Sinus pressure and neck pain.

3 Posture Pleaser Application of moist heat, followed by deep tissue and trigger point therapy on the major postural muscles to help lengthen relieve muscle fatigue and undo the damage of extended hours in front of a computer. Created especially for computer junkies (or just those who spend long hours in front of the computer), this session focuses on the strain caused by staring at a monitor all day. Concentrates on the stressed areas of the head, neck, back, shoulders, and chest.
