3 The History of BI at UOW UOW began the BI Journey in the late 90 s with the implementation of COGNOS within financial Services Deliverables: OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) cubes over an Operational Data Store Transactional reporting to support operations Information Included Finance, HR and Student numbers
