2 Welcome to J.P. Morgan WealthManager+ As an adviser you now have the opportunity to access and view your clients J.P. Morgan WealthManager+ account details online, including valuation statements, investment performance, transactions and transfers. J.P. Morgan WealthManager+ is the online service from J.P. Morgan Asset Management that provides investors with a simple way to manage their investments in a secure online environment. Who is eligible for the service? As an adviser you can only access this service if your client holds a J.P. Morgan WealthManager+ account and they have identified you as their adviser. How do you register for access? Follow these simple steps to register and gain access to J.P. Morgan WealthManager+: 1. Read the Terms of Use 2. Complete the J.P. Morgan WealthManager+ Intermediary Online Service Application Form 3. Gain group or network authorisation approval. If the firm named on the application form is not the FSA regulated entity, you will also need to gain their approval by having them complete the J.P. Morgan WealthManager+ Intermediary Online Access Group/ Network Authorisation Form 4. Return all completed form(s) to J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Freepost NAT17428, London EC2B 2BR Getting started Once your form(s) have been received and your access generated, you will be ed a username and sent your temporary password separately by post. Once you have received your username and password, you can log in by visiting The first time you log in you will be asked to create a new password. First, enter your temporary password then create and verify a new password. You will also be asked to select and provide answers to five security questions. Please make a note of these security questions and the answers and keep them safe. Although these are not needed to log in, you will need them to change your password. Client search After logging in, the first page to appear is the account search page. This is a useful search facility which lets you search for any client that holds a J.P. Morgan WealthManager+ account and that has been linked to your agency record. When you find the client you would like to view, simply click on their account. You can view which J.P. Morgan and non J.P. Morgan products the client has as well as the total valuation for each of these.
3 Menu options On the left of each page there is a navigation menu. Some of the key menu options are explained below and overleaf: View portfolio Transactions My documents My details View portfolio This provides an overview of the client s investment details for the relevant portfolio shown. You can produce a valuation statement for a specific date, which will be saved in the client s documentary library. You can also view the client s investment performance for the whole portfolio between specific dates and see a breakdown of each product by clicking on the Detail tab. Transactions This section shows all transactions and transfers for the relevant portfolio listed. You can produce statements for specific dates for either investment transactions or cash transactions, which will be saved in the client s document library. You can also view details of any transfer the client may have requested including details such as date requested, value and status of the request. For clients that have been migrated from a Classic Account to a WealthManager+ account, the earliest transaction that will be available online will be the migration date.
4 My documents This section lets you view all the documents that are stored in the client s document library, such as half yearly statements. My Details In this section you can view the client s personal details, together with details for each of the client s products and preferences. Changing your password If you need to change your password, simply select Security details and enter the password you created at the first log in, followed by your new password. You can change your own security questions and answers here. Note: you can only change your own password and you can t view or update your clients password details. Lost or forgotten passwords If you are unsure of your password, you have three attempts to log in before the system locks your access. If your access becomes locked, please call our UK-based Investor Services Team on between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday who will unlock your access and arrange for a new temporary password to be posted to you. You will then need to follow the first log in guidelines.
