Closure notifications to be sent out with Parts Shipments. No After-hours Technical support will be offered. Atlanta will be handling the Technical Calls. Emergency Parts Orders only on non-holiday weekdays, FedEx or UPS. 1:00pm cutoff Draft Out of Office Responses for the 24th through the 1 st. Telephone Greeting Drafted Closure notices to be sent with Parts Shipments starting 12/5 Schedule to Dealers 2011 Holiday Phone Greeting Hello. You have reached Rima Enterprises. Our Normal Business hours are:. We will be closed for the Holidays Monday December 26th through Friday December 30th.
