4 XML BOL Application XML BOL Application FedEx Freight and FedEx National LTL Bill of Ladings (BOL) are available as XML strings by following this set of guidelines which describes the syntax used to request a BOL. This BOL request can be used to submit BOL information, submit a pickup request and request a rate quote. URL: Parameters: The following list of parameters can be passed while sending a BOL request.
