9 elearning Status in the Corporate Sector - 2 Generally, MNCs (Multi-National Corporations) adopt the elearning systems from their HQs SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) need help from the Government. The eleap (elearning Early Adopters Programme) provided some subsidies for elearning implementations. However, eleap have ended its run. 9
