The practice specialises in Architecture and Design, Project Management, Interiors and Planning. The practice was established in January Since its inception, IDEA has participated in a diverse portfolio of projects, both in Australia and abroad. Project types include: individual & multiple dwellings low -cost & ecologically sustainable housing retail & mixed-use developments high-rise offices & apartments hotels resorts sporting facilities Its broad experiences have given the firm a relatively unique level of expertise in Building Design and Construction, the benefits of which are passed on to all Clients. In 1986 Fred took up a position as visiting guest lecturer at Lae University of Technology, Papua New Guinea, lecturing in Architectural Design and Building Technology. Fred has also tutored architectural design at the Department of Architecture, University of Queensland.
