4 The Journey UDispatch The Journey so far In early 2010, Oracle approached its CRM partners to build a mobile solution for its aging field services mobile application Siebel Mobile To address the opportunity presented by Oracle, design and development of udispatch. udispatch Platform was spun off as a separate entity in 2011 udispatch, is licensed on hundreds of ipads in Fortune 500 Companies in the US and Canada. Hundreds more will be live in China, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, and Latin America by the end of 2012 in 8 native languages. UST Global was acquired by UST Global on March 13, 2012 to grow UST s mobile product development capabilities 4

5 Solution Overview The udispatch Solution Large enterprises have the need to mobilize and to do it quickly and effectively UST Global s platform fills the whitespace in enterprise mobility as a technology agnostic integrated front end application. There is no pre-built/pre-packaged enterprise application available on the market today which is back-end agnostic. The udispatch platform enables the rapid enablement of CRM/ERP field mobility operation and capability within the enterprise. The first licensed product, udispatch for field service, was the direct result of a need identified by Oracle in which a new mobility platform was required which took advantages of today s mobile hardware offerings as well as the ability to directly integrate into other non-oracle back-end systems Extensions have been developed to meet the needs of field sales, pharmaceutical, utility, and insurance industries.
