3 Speed Enhanced User Interface A new interface to allow easier site usage and navigation. Performance & Usability Enhancements These assist in increased page load speeds! Quick Links A faster, easier way to navigate in fewer clicks! 3

4 Ease Additional Quick Search Options New options to search include address and last name, first name to enable you to search faster. Enhanced Advanced Search You now have unlimited search options via any field in the system. Create your own search formula to find what you need fast. 4

5 Enhanced Views in Groups, Campaigns and Reports Allows you to search within each of these tables. Looking for a certain subject line in your campaigns? Maybe you re looking for particular group name? Search in the bottom left of the table to quickly find what you re looking for. 5

6 Notes & Contact Summary Join as One You can now add individual notes to your overall Contact Summary section to document details of interactions with your records. Add Contact Summary To Reports Adding this field to your reports allows for full visibility on the details of your interactions with records in one place when viewing reports. 6

7 Campaign Creation Dates Visibility You can now see and sort by dates of when your campaigns were created to easily find the most recent campaigns as well as know when the campaign was created. ROI Automatic Tracking Administrators and Marketing teams now have the ability to input media costs for each media buy. SmartTouch will then automatically calculate your Cost Per Lead and Cost Per Sale based on Lead Source and Sales Status. To set this up, go to the Home Tab, CRM Setup, Lead Sources and input your information. 7

8 Campaign Series Lock Once a campaign series is created and sent to a record, the series locks in place the currently selected campaigns and subject lines to ensure correct campaign sends. Note: you can always add additional campaigns to your campaign series. 8

9 Group Permissions Allow Sales to See Online Registrations Sales teams can now monitor online registrations, approve and assign them and delete as needed. 9

10 PURL Feature This feature allows for lists without addresses to be assigned their own Personalized URL; which can be exported and placed on print marketing materials. To set this up, go to the Home tab, CRM Setup Account Preferences. PURL s will be located at record level and can be exported to excel. 10

11 For Real Estate Realtor Feature Real Estate clients now have the option to tie a Realtor to a contact record/customer. To be able to assign a realtor to a customer, be sure the Realtor option is checked to be active in the CRM Setup> Account Preferences. To make a record a Realtor, simply select Realtor from the Contact Type field. 11

12 This will then make the record available in the Realtor field dropdown. Once you set up your appropriate record as a Realtor, you can then tie that Realtor to their corresponding client by making the selection in the Realtor dropdown within the client s record. In the example below, you can see that Jenny Janda is Robert Cowes s Realtor. Note: The Realtor Record Feature is included in the Advanced Search. You find all the records labeled as a Realtor by running a search of Contact Type equals Realtor as shown in the screenshot below. Note 2: You can also run a search by all the records that are tied to a specific realtor by selecting Realtor equals _(realtor name)_ in the Advanced Search. Note: You can run any variation of a search utilizing the Realtor field and Contact Type field depending on the query you need. 12

13 Note 3: The Realtor Record Feature also includes the importing of Realtor Names. This works the same way if you were importing a list with the Account Executive column. Be sure to include a Realtor column in your spreadsheet that has the names of your Realtors exactly the way they are listed in the Realtor field dropdown in SmartTouch. Below is a sample spreadsheet for an import. When you run your import with a list like this, you will match up the Realtor field in your spreadsheet to the Realtor field in SmartTouch. Note 4: You can also add the Realtor field to your reports! 13

14 3 rd Party Lead Adapter for Media Vendor Sites BDX, NHG, Hot on Homes and Zillow Leads from media vendor sites will automatically submit into your SmartTouch account through the 3 rd Party Lead Adapter. This feature allows for automatic lead tracking and automatic campaign series deployment for behind the scenes marketing. 14
