Our telemarketing operators are trained to: identify potential customers for your solutions, schedule the meetings of your sales team. The telemarketing team is able to collect and classify data about the already identified potential customers, telephone interviews and marketing campaigns. For example, campaigns may contain: identification of the contact name if not available, sending an informative letter introducing the topic, to anticipate the next call, sales leads identification with subsequent telephone contacts and, where necessary, sending documentation via , daily reports to the customer, via , to transfer all the information available on contacts, including notes written by the operators.
