1 Description The SAP ERP complementary product GMAPay features broad-based functionality for credit card processing and has been certified by SAP AG. The product is already successfully used by various customers both in Germany and abroad. The expert team has obtained a deep understanding of SAP-specific issues through many years of collaboration with the Walldorf-based world market leader for e-business solutions. Smooth transactions and flexible integration of the settlement processes have massively increased in importance, due in no small part to the increasing use of credit cards in e-commerce. Our product supports the typical credit card types, allowing companies to optimally react to the changing payment habits of their customers. This is the key factor for increasing customer satisfaction and therefore also an important and critical aspect in building customer loyalty. SAP CRM Business Transactions, which should be processed through a credit card, can also be handled by our GMAPay light version.

Additional to the major credit cards like VISA, MasterCard and AMEX, debit cards and alternative payment methods such as PayPal or ideal are also supported.

3 GMAPay supports the external data transfer during the entire communication in the process run: In case of an authorization of a business transaction with online response of the clearing centre in the sales area.

4 The extended SAP functionalities increase user transparency and security where sensitive business transactions are performed.

5 Settlement within the SAP system consists of the capturing of the transactions that are authorized in advance. This step causes finally the payment from the client s card account.

6 An outstanding performance feature is the integrated monitoring that ensures the necessary transparency of settlement/capturing. This feature also controls the data transfer through all system components.

7 All relevant functions can be called from this central transaction. It also contains links to SAP and GMAPay customizing.

8 The terminal emulation allows the manual transmission of authorizations. Now the corresponding FI transactions can be triggered. If necessary the customer account should be balanced.
