The speed of the extremely powerful stirrer motor can be adjusted steplessly. Slow stirring optimally spreads the heat, while rapid stirring effectively mixes and can beat the mass airy. The effect is reinforced by the auto reverse function (left right run) and interval operation. After cooking, the kettle is electrically tilted to pour the product easily and safely. The kettle tilts slowly and evenly in both directions. Additionally it can be emptied through the optional tap. In the forward tilt, the kettle tilts back a little bit. This reduces dripping during emptying and makes pouring easier. smartcontrol 2.0 In version 2.0 a control system with touchscreen is used, which allows up to 99 cooking programs. This control adds also automatically running stirring programs, which can be combined with all cooking programs. The regulators behavior can be adjusted continuously from gentle to intensive. The user interface can be switched into many different languages. Recording for the optional HACCP software is started on the machine. Drain Tap Liquid masses can be easily emptied via the drain tap. DN65 or DN100 drain taps with quickrelease function are available, which can be cleaned in the dishwasher. If products are cooked, which can only be emptied via the tilt mechanism, the drain tap will be replaced by a closing cap, to reduce the cleaning effort.

These logs can be used to optimize the automatic programs, and support e.g. compliance with the HACCP principles in the food industry. The software communicates over the Ethernet network with the machine, so that even a connection over the Internet is possible. In conjunction with smartcontrol 2.0, the machine can be monitored and controlled remotely by a PC. Hand Shower The hand shower allows an easy cleaning of the kettle. Water Dosing Unit The automatic water dosing unit ensures that the machine is always filled with the right amount of water. The dosing unit is controlled by the PLC and implemented with a discharge hose that can also be used to fill other machines.

The software communicates over the Ethernet network with the machine, so that even a connection over the Internet is possible. In conjunction with smartcontrol 2.
