In 2011 EVAPCO, Inc. and Beijing Longyuan Cooling Technology Company, LTD ( BLCT ) joined forces to pursue the global Air Cooled Condenser ( ACC ) and hybrid cooling market for the power industry. The company formed is a US based company serving the global market named EVAPCO-BLCT Dry Cooling. Many developers and utilities decide to install an air cooled condenser due to: the lack of water, permitting restrictions, or environmental concerns. Evapco BLCT Dry Cooling, Inc. is dedicated to servicing the power industry with innovative and state-of-the-art water conserving condensing products. This compilation of talent is one of the most experienced teams in the industry today. The 100% United States based team is experienced in supplying ACCs the world over, and has the knowledge and know how of designing to the codes and regulations of each region. Proven Technology The Evapco-BLCT single Row finned tubes are installed and operating in over Thirty-Five (35) power plants with a combined electrical generation capacity of over 12GW. Installed in the majority of ACC s worldwide, this fin/tube technology is proven and has developed into the industry standard today. Research and Development EVAPCO s Wilson E. Bradley Research & Development Center, located in Taneytown, Maryland, has ten (10) test laboratories including eight (8) environmental chambers, a sound test pad, and a water analytical lab. These testing facilities provide EVAPCO over 74,000 sf of dedicated R&D space to produce industry leading products in real-world conditions. EVAPCO-BLCT s thermal components are tested and validated in this state-of-the-art laboratory which provides the capability to investigate ACC heat exchanger performance under real-world conditions. EVAPCO s laboratory is the only laboratory in the world with the capabilities to test full size ACC heat exchangers in a controlled environment. This provides EVAPCO the unique advantage to optimize the ACC design with unprecedented precision, and to fully understand phenomena such as freezing, air in-leakage, impingement, flow accelerated corrosion (FAC) and air side pressure losses.

4 Constructability From Traditional Construction to Any Level of Modularization Evapco-BLCT has the proven capabilities to provide ACC s tailored to any site. In some instances, due to laydown restrictions, labor restrictions, or other reasons, multiple levels of modularization may be desired. Evapco s team has executed ACC projects with various construction features utilized, from stick built to two cells fully assembled offsite. Evapco-BLCT s focus on constructability allows our clients to save time and money during the construction phase of a project. Traditional stick built options for jobsites with few restrictions and generous laydown access. Two complete modules shipped three pairs at a time. Assembled at a Southeast Asian port & delivered to site on the north shore of Australia.
