Hardware Requirements Library Administration Machine Preferred operating system for this machine is Windows 2000 server or higher (excluding Windows NT) Workstations Preferred operating system is Windows 2000 or higher.(excluding Windows NT) 5. Backup Medium We recommend the use of CD Burner and CD s for backup. Other backup media can be used, but the backup procedure for these other media will not be supported by Functional Solutions staff and you will be required to ensure your Technical Person organizes and sets up the backup for the system.

Licensing v-library (FILMS) is an Australian product owned by FUNCTIONAL SOLUTIONS and the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the product at the initial site installed. The v-library (FILMS) product is supplied as a single server, single Database, unlimited workstation license. 2. Maintenance Benefits Unlimited FREE 1800 facility as well as fax and support is available for all v-library issues. Upgrades provided twice a year free to Maintenance Customers. Custom user designed v-library (FILMS) reports provided to Maintenance Customers at no cost. Technotes on any requested v-library (FILMS) procedure provided to Maintenance Customers at no cost. Newsletters are provided to all v-library (FILMS) users quarterly. User Groups are encouraged to provide input into future upgrades and releases. Two free Training Sessions per year are provided to all Maintenance Customers with other users in their area. All Training Schedules are published in the v-library (FILMS) newsletter to all customers.
