A letter will be sent to all Exhibitors in due Course, containing full shipping instructions. Please ensure the Freight/Storage/Handling order form is returned to Clamageran Foirexpo on time.

2 Lifting, Handling & Storage Clamageran Foirexpo has been appointed as the handling contractor for the exhibition. For safety reasons no other contractor will be permitted to operate mechanical handling equipment within the exhibition hall. Exhibits should not be sent to the venue outside Clamageran Foirexpo s control. All packages should be clearly labelled and show the name of the exhibitor, the show name and venue, the hall and stand number. Fork Lift trucks with drivers Will be available through Clamageran if necessary and only if orders have been made in advance by the exhibitors. Storage: Fire regulations prohibit the storage of exhibit cases and packing material on the stand and alternative arrangements should be made with Clamageran. Exhibitors requiring Lifting or storage facilities should complete the enclosed form and return it to Clamageran Foirexpo. If using other Couriers and express mail Please note that if you have to use the services of a courier company (such as UPS, DHL, FedEx etc ) your goods may not be cleared through customs or be delivered to your stand by the courier company. 3 Sea Freight: The deadline for freight to arrive at the port of Le Havre is Friday 28 th September For all enquiries about Shipping and deliveries, it is suggested you liase Directly with Clamageran Foirexpo. Due to limited access and off-loading area we do not recommend direct Deliveries to the venue and firmly advise that all freight is coordinated and transported by Clamageran. To avoid delays it is essential that exhibitors and stand contractors liase with Clamageran prior to organizing their transport. Customs Formalities Cargo originating from outside the European Community may require clearance through Customs. Clamageran Foirexpo can arrange clearance through all major ports and airports including temporary or permanent import/export; Customs Formalities and examination; payment of port or airport charges and delivery direct to the stand.
