1 CORE Butte Charter School REG Online! Parents/Guardians Start the REG Online Process by accessing the CORE Butte Charter School Website. Click on the Parent / Student Portal button and select the Returning Enrollment Application link to begin your online registration. During the registration, you will be asked to electronically acknowledge your adherence to all school policies and procedures. Please review the Parent/Student Handbook located at the bottom of the webpage (printed copies are also available at our office). Returning Enrollment Application: Step 1: Create an Account Enter your and click START. You will be sent an with a link to create a password.

2 You will receive a message similar to the one below to the address you provided. Create a password making sure to follow the password requirements on the screen. Confirm the password by typing it again and click SUBMIT. Step 1 Complete!

3 Step 2: Household Information Click on Provide Household Information button. Complete as many fields as possible. Fields highlighted in blue in each of the sections are required before the process can be completed. Give the best answers possible. Click SAVE to Complete Step 2!

4 Step 3: Add/Update Student Information Here you need to make a choice are you entering a new student (never been enrolled in the school) or updating an enrollment. If you are re enrolling your student, you must have your child's ID number and their personalized learning teacher's last name. This information should be provided to you by your teacher. Complete all fields required and any other fields possible. Save to complete Step 3! IMPORTANT: If your student is already enrolled with CORE Enter the grade level he/she is currently in, to continue their enrollment.

5 Acknowledgments will pop up that must be signed using your computer mouse. Click Submit Agreement. If your student has an active IEP for Special Education Services, you will be required to sign a release of paperwork. >> Sign the Registration Contract Form Agreement and SUBMIT. >> Sign the special education acknowledgment page (if applicable) and SUBMIT. >> Sign the NSLP Form and SUBMIT. >> Sign the Technology Form Agreement and SUBMIT. >> Sign the Emergency Form Agreement and SUBMIT. You will be sent back to the start page. If you have another student to enroll, click ADD A NEW STUDENT.

6 Step 4: Guardian Information Enter guardian information to complete the registration process, again, completing all required blue fields. If information is the same as entered in the "household" page, you can click here. Then complete the remaining fields. SAVE. If you have left important information off any of the forms, you will see a notation of "missing information." Click on the icon to complete the information.

7 Printing: Scroll up to the student area to print a confirmation of your student enrollment for your records. Your REG Online is now complete! Please be prepared to provide the following documentation to the school. Returning Students: Printed Confirmation of REG Online Proof of Residency (new procedure includes either a copy of a utility bill, letter from shelter, or hotel/motel receipt) Medical record of the Pertussis vaccination requirement (for students entering 7 th grade only) New Students: Printed Confirmation of REG Online Birth Certificate Immunization Record Proof of Residency Recent Progress/Report card If your REG Online submission was for a new student, a representative from CORE Butte Charter School will be contacting you about your application status. If your REG Online submission was for a returning student, your personalized learning teacher will be contacting you on your re enrollment status.
