3 Education Quest Education Quest Foundation offers free college planning tools and services for Nebraska families. Information is available for FAFSA completion, scholarship searches, college selection, ACT & SAT preparation, applying for student loans, and exploring possible careers. Education Quest is now serving students and families by appointment for FAFSA completion and other services that require assistance. This replaces the first come first served system that often resulted in long waits for clients - especially during the busy FAFSA season in January, February and March. You are still welcome to walk in to use the scholarship and college search materials, ACT/SAT tutorial software and career assessment software. Education Quest has three Nebraska locations - Omaha - Lincoln - Kearney. FAFSA FAFSA4caster Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) All students going to any tech school, private school, 2-year college, 4-year college need to anticipate completing the FAFSA online. Students & parent need their Tax forms, W-2 forms, Driver s license number, SSN, birthdates, persona records and a PIN (Personal ID Number) number (electronic signature one for parent and one for student). PIN number may be obtained at new online tool to help students and families prepare financially for college before a student's senior year of HS. It calculates a student's eligibility for federal student aid, including grants; reduces the time it'll take to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA); simplify the financial aid process for students and families.
