2 Become a MatchRate PLUS Merchant Partner We Match Your Rates and You Get Money Back - It's That Simple MatchRate PLUS is an authorized partner of North American Bancard (NAB), one of the nations leading merchant service providers. With over 100,000 business customers and $10+ billion in annual transactions, NAB offers you the highest quality e-payment services and 24/7 customer support available today. By switching your merchant account to MatchRate PLUS, not only will you partner with a world class service provider, but you will also become a "Merchant Partner" with MatchRate PLUS. As a Merchant Partner, you will receive the same rates you have today with a lowest rate guarantee, plus a monthly ACH deposit equal to 20% of the commission generated to MatchRate PLUS from your account or 30% of the total monthly income earned by the agent who referred your account - whichever is greater. For Example: If the commission generated to MatchRate PLUS from your account was $50 the 20% would equal $10. If the agent who referred your account earned $1,000 the 30% would equal $300. In this example, you would have received $300 because that amount was the greater of the two. As a business owner, you have two options for becoming a Merchant Partner. OPTION 1: Become a Merchant Partner of the referral agent who referred you. OPTION 2: Enroll as a referral agent first, and then refer your own merchant account. By selecting option 2, you will become the referral agent for your own account. You will receive the standard 20% Merchant Partner offer plus a 5% referral agent commission from your own account (for a total of 25%). You will also be able to participate in the agent commission plan and earn additional income by referring other accounts, plus receive the 30% Merchant Partner commission based on the referring agent's total monthly income (which in this case, the referring agent is you). There is no cost to become a MatchRate PLUS Merchant Partner.
3 Added Benefits MatchRate PLUS Merchant Partner Benefits As a MatchRate PLUS Merchant Partner, you will receive all of the following benefits: Matched Rates with a Lowest Rate Guarantee If you receive a lower rate offer from another provider, simply fax or the written offer to our tier-one partner. If the rate offer is valid, they will match the offered rate and you will continue to receive your Merchant Partner commissions each month. Cancellation Fee Assistance Up to $295 in cancellation fee assistance. Free Equipment Programs Access the best free equipment programs available in the industry today. 24/7 Customer Service and Technical Support 24/7/365 customer service from our tier-one partner's fully trained and dedicated staff of 300+ support specialists, including no additional fees for technical support, terminal reprogramming, or training. Account Options to Fit Your Specific Business Needs Our tier-one partner services include credit card processing, gift cards, loyalty programs, online payment solutions, wireless payments, and electronic check acceptance. Special Pricing and PCI Services for Large Volume Accounts If you process more than $100,000 per month, MatchRate PLUS has secured pricing that will save you money above and beyond our standard MatchRate PLUS offer. Additionally, we can provide access to tokenization solutions to improve your data security and significantly reduce the scope and financial burden of PCI compliance. Receive Money Back Every Month Receive a minimum monthly partner commission equal to 20% of the commission generated to MatchRate PLUS each month by your own processing account or 30% of your referring agent's total income - whichever is greater. Partner commissions are paid once per month via ACH deposit. Free Back Office Reporting System Access our free online back office reporting system to track and view your monthly partner commissions.
4 Option 1: Become a Merchant Partner of the referral agent who referred you. 1 2 Complete the short online Request Information form located on the referral agent s website. Once completed, a MatchRate PLUS associate will contact you within 48 business hours to answer any question that you may have about our Merchant Partner Program. Fax in your merchant account statements to MatchRate PLUS (the two most recent months). Once you fax in your statement, we will send your information to our authorized partner, North American Bancard. 3 A North American Bancard representative will contact you within 48 business hours to complete the application over the telephone. North American Bancard will send a completed application via that matches your current rates as they are taken directly from your current statement. After you review and agree to the application, your merchant account will be approved and a welcome kit will be mailed to you. If you are receiving free equipment, it will be shipped to you at no charge with the welcome kit. If you are having your existing terminal reprogrammed, you will be given a toll free number to call and a technical support specialist will walk you through the process. 4 After your merchant account is switched over, send a cancellation letter to your previous processor via certified mail and take a letter to your bank to explain that you have cancelled your processing agreement with your previous processor. There are sample letters for both of these included in this packet. 5 Be sure to login to your Merchant Partner Back Office and update your ACH information. To access your Merchant Partner back office, click on the Merchant Login located on the top right corner of any page in the MatchRate PLUS web site. You will begin receiving ACH deposits into your bank account from MatchRate PLUS approximately 45 days after your account starts processing with North American Bancard.
5 Option 2: Enroll as a referral agent first, and then refer your own merchant account 1 Enroll as a referral agent. Once completed, you will receive an agent URL ( ) and be able to immediately refer your own account. 2 Complete the short online Request Information form located on your referral agent enrollment thank you page or select the Request Information menu option on your website. Once completed, a MatchRate PLUS associate will contact you within 48 business hours to answer any question that you may have about our Merchant Partner Program. 3 Fax in your merchant account statements to MatchRate PLUS (the two most recent months).
