This Switch Kit will provide you with all of the forms you need to easily transfer your funds and automatic transactions from your previous accounts to your new MidSouth Bank account. Once your MidSouth Bank account is open, simply fill in the information on the following forms and send them to the appropriate institutions. On the next page, you will find a checklist to help you through each step of the process. The other pages are individual letters to assist you in making all of the changes. Print each page as many times as you need for the different transfers you have to make. Please do not write any more checks on your old account to avoid bounced check fees from your previous institution. Be sure to confirm that all automatic debits and credits have been switched before closing any previous accounts. You may wish to call any payees to confirm that they have received the attached forms before closing your previous accounts permanently. There is also an online switch kit available at which will automatically create all of the forms you need from the information you enter only once.
