2 Optionial: Reputation Marketing Program KICK-OFF Marketing Campaign: This is by far my favourite part of the initial Reputation Marketing process because this is where you get to start introducing your Review or Feedback Survey portal and provide an incentive offer to all of your recent past customers in a very marketing savvy way. This can create a lot of excitement and buzz around your business for you, your staff and your customer base so have fun with it! How you go kick off your reputation marketing program exactly will all depend on the nature of your business and the information you collect on your customers but the ideal process is to sequence a few points of contact over a few weeks just to make sure they get the message. Here's how we suggest you SEQUENCE your points of contact for the best results: 1. Send out a friendly to everyone who has had a customer experience with your business in the last 3 months. In your you will ask for their honest feedback, give them the link to your Feedback Survey and announce your contest. It's also a great idea to ramp up your prize with some form of added bonus during this initial kick-off phase just to make sure you get the maximum number of honest reviews coming into your private review portal. 2. Now follow up that with the post card about one week later, just as a memory jog, to catch those who may have missed your again with a direct link to your private review portal. 3. Finally send out a letter 2 weeks after the postcard with your private Feedback Survey portal link announcing that your kick-off contest bonus prize(s) are expiring by x date. This will introduce some scarcity to your campaign and help to get your past customers attention.
3 And remember bad reviews are still good information to collect and it s better to let someone vent on your private review portal than have them post some scathing review out on the web where it will live forever During this phase we tend to see a good volume of activity both within your private review portal and online from those who chose to also leave a review on one of the major directories that they have a personal account for. Lets Build Your Reputation Marketing Kick-Off Marketing Campaign: There are some details to consider in how YOU want to implement your Reputation Marketing program. Take a few minutes to go through this form below to create your Reputation Marketing Implementation Plan today: 4. Do you need to use the Laying The Ground Work Process to YES NO start getting reviews? (i.e. this is advised if you do not have any any positive reviews on any of the primary review directory sites online such as Google+, Yelp, YellowPages, Kudzoo etc,) If NO proceed to # 2 a. Describe what action you will do ASAP to get about 10 good reviews (i.e. call past clients, send s to strong business relationships with an urgent request for a review in your Review Portal etc.) 5. Will you use a review contest prize to prompt feedback in your YES NO Feedback / Survey portal? If NO proceed to # 3 a. If YES what contest prize or reward will you be offering?
4 b. What will be the terms on your contest prize i.e. drawn weekly, monthly, quarterly etc. _ (eg. $ Gift Card, Fine Restaurant dinner, Free product or service, next visit free etc.) 6. Will you offer an additional review contest bonus prize during YES NO your Reputation Marketing Kick-Off Marketing Campaign phase? a. If YES what additional bonus prize / reward will you be offering? 7. Describe exactly which customers / clients / patients will be included in your Reputation Marketing Kick-Off Marketing Campaign (i.e. those you have served within the last weeks / months, those who have received specific services / are in a specific database class etd.) Be as detailed as possible on who you will be announcing your new review contest to: 8. Now list and describe the exact sequence of marketing steps you will take to announce your review contest during your Reputation Marketing Kick-Off Marketing Campaign. Be as detailed as possible and make sure to include the duration between each step in your marketing sequence.

And from the sequence you listed in #5 itemize what specific actions and resources will need to be to implement you Reputation Marketing Kick-Off Marketing Campaign sequence (i.e. database list picked, s / letters written, postcards sent to the printer etc.) What By Who By When 10. With the above 2 steps complete lets set your Reputation Marketing Kick-Off Marketing Campaign marketing calendar by setting the dates, the action and who will be responsible to seeing that this step gets completed: Kick-Off Date Action By Who With your Reputation Marketing Kick-Off Marketing Campaign now "locked and loaded" what are you waiting for go out there and dominate your competition by becoming the most obvious go-to expert in you marketplace!!
