Examples of individual extensions that Implico has implemented during customer projects: Example Resource purchasing Implico implemented a process in SAP that allowed joint billing of both purchasing and pickup of resources as well as all corresponding waste management services. The customer, who also acts as supplier within the recycling process, only receives one document; the assessment of the material determines whether this is a detailed invoice or a credit note. From this, both accounting as well as controlling profit substantially. Example Material flow management Based on goods receipt/goods issue or manually recorded processes, the different record types data are being generated as XML files within SAP. Depending on the posting type, these can be reported directly to a central portal or be shared with partners. In addition, goods movements that are being supplied as txt-files by external systems can be fed into the ERP system automatically. Example Automated master data creation Implico automated, starting from the Customer Interaction Center, the complete process concerning the creation of new customer and order data. This way, the process can already be completed during the phone call: all relevant master data and even the order itself are being created in the background. All resources are thus being utilized efficiently. Example Container tracking Implico realized a container tracking feature in SAP Waste and Recycling. It documents automatically where the company s containers were located and when. In the special refuse sector, the functionality also meets legal obligations concerning proof procedures. The administration and tracing of containers becomes noticeably easier. Individual functionality
