Users are allowed to define their own extension number systems and outbound call policies/call routes, establish virtual conference rooms, record tailor-made auto attendant call flows and configure VoIP clients easily and quickly. All these functions will make the life of IT staff easier when only limited resource and support are available. Improving Productivity with Tailor-made Telephony The X2002 offers flexible supplemental services and a call policy interface. Office telephony network administrators can easily define call waiting, call forward, call transfer, conference and auto attendant functions with ease; they can also establish outbound call policies and least-cost route policies to save on bills.
