9 Your partner in success Terms And Conditions Of Booking Training Where You Want It Training When You Want It Your Next Step We have regular scheduled training days for all of our training courses where you can train at one of our designated training centers, or we will come and train you and your staff at your premises.* We will always try and accommodate the dates that you want for any training. If you have more than 1 person who requires training we can set up private training for them and even tailor make the course, where you can pick the course content that you would like us to focus on. When it comes to your own personal training or training your staff, our expertise is at your disposal, whatever you want, whenever you want and wherever you want. Just say the words and we ve got you covered! To book one of our training courses right now call us on: or book online at: Acceptance of TSM Training Terms and Conditions is confirmed by an authorised signature or an authorised Purchase Order Number on a booking request. FEES All fees are payable before commencement of the course start date, unless agreed otherwise. Instructor expenses will be added for on-site courses. All fees are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. TSM Training reserves the right to charge interest at 1.25% per month on overdue payments. Provisional Bookings Provisional bookings for course places can be made for up to 5 working days as long as you make the reservation a 5 days prior to a minimum of 21 working days before the course commencement. Unless a provisional booking is confirmed within the 5 days of making it, it will automatically be cancelled. Confirming Your Booking To confirm your booking and guarantee your place on a course, please ensure we receive the completed booking form along with payment or agreement to pay as set out below at least 21 days before the course commences. Late Bookings Bookings made within 21 working days of course commencement must be paid for, or agreed to be paid for immediately at time of enrolment. Provisional bookings will not be accepted at this time. Payment You will pay or agree to pay for the course by cheque (please make cheques payable to Tahir Shah), purchase order (in which case payment must be paid for within 30 days of TSM Training s invoice), or by bank transfer. For all forms of payment, please include your name, course, course date and location. Unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been agreed or established, TSM Training reserves the right to require payment in cleared funds in advance for all courses. The registration form must accompany any purchase order or cheque sent to to help us determine which delegate is booked with which course. TSM Training reserves the right to alter course prices without notice, however this will not affect any prices that were agreed at the time of your booking of your course. Confirmation of Course Booking By TSM Training Upon receipt of your payment or agreement to pay, we will confirm your reservation. We will post, fax or you a confirmation package, which includes a registration confirmation number, directions to TSM Training s facilities, and if requested hotel booking information. If you have not received this package at least one week before the beginning of of the course, please call us. We strongly recommend that delegates do not make travel and hotel accommodation arrangements without this confirmation package. TSM Training can not accept any liability for information sent to a company s training department which is not passed to the delegate attending the course. CANCELLATION/TRANSFER AND SUBSTITUTION FEES Cancellations and transfers will only be accepted if made in writing. Cancellation by a delegate will be charged at 100% of the course fee, if the course start date is less than 21 working days. All other cancellations will be charged at 25% of the original course fee. No of Working Days Notice % of Course Fee Payable 21+ days 25% 21-0 days 100% A delegate can be transferred from a course to the same or similar course, running within 3 months of the original course commencement date. For the First transfer of a booking there will be NO CHARGE if the transfer is made 21 or more days before the course start date. If the course start date is less than 21 working days at the time of the First Transfer the booking will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original course fee. There will be a additional charge of 50% of the original course fee for the Second transfer, regardless of when the booking is transferred. All subsequent bookings will incur an additional charge of 100% of the course fee, regardless of when the transfer takes place. There is no charge for substitute delegates. It is the client s responsibility to ensure that the substitute delegate gets any course joining instructions or documents if they have already been sent to the company/delegate. Bespoke or customer specific courses cancelled or transferred by the booking organisation are subject to the above cancellation/transfer conditions and charges. As well as the course fee, where a confirmed booking is cancelled or transferred, additional costs (flights, hotels, course development, etc) incurred by TSM Training will be charged, regardless of when the course is cancelled/transferred. In the event that TSM Training need to cancel or reschedule a course, we will try and give a minimum 10 working days notice. A full refund or alternative dates will be available in these circumstances and all liability by TSM Training will be limited to the value of the original course fee. Transfer Insurance As an additional service, when ordering a course, you can purchase the right to transfer a delegate at any stage before the start of a course to another date without incurring further charges. This is valid for one transfer only and the cost is 5% of the original course cost to take out the transfer insurance. Cancellation of the course is not covered by the purchase of this service. Lost Materials TSM Training shall not be responsible for the loss or theft of course materials after delivery to the customer. Course materials are only be provided by TSM Training as part of the purchase of the relevant course and not as separate items of supply. Course Content TSM Training s course overviews are designed as a guide to what is covered in the course. Whilst we try and stick fairly closely to the overviews, we do not guarantee that every single item listed will be covered in every class, and depending on the group size, ability and requirements the instructors are given some flexibility in what they teach. In these terms, working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. To the extent allowed by law, TSM Training s total liability shall not exceed the full amount paid to by the customer. This document states TSM Training s total liability and is in place of and excludes all other warranties implied by statute and law.
