2 OUR MISSION STATEMENT QSC will be Germany s premier alternative provider of integrated telecommunications and managed services for business and wholesale customers. 2
3 QSC AG TODAY QSC is a national telecommunications provider for business customers and focuses on three strategic business segments: Managed Services based on interconnected company sites (IP-VPN) Direct Access for data and voice Wholesale products QSC is a premium provider for business customers and as such offers compelling solutions with high security standards, state-of-the-art-technology and simplicity as well as excellent customer services. QSC Group incorporates Plusnet GmbH and Co.KG (67,5%) and Broadnet AG (94%) Today QSC employs almost 800 people. 500 thereof are based in Cologne. QSC has eight additional offices in Aachen, Bremen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Kassel, Stuttgart and Munich. QSC is listed on the TecDAX stock index 3
