24 QuitPower Advanced Tobacco Cessation Program Nicotine-based therapies can increase chances of successful tobacco cessation. NRT increases the odds of tobacco cessation 1.5 to 2 times. Nicotine-based therapies are available as transdermal patch or gum. Wellness coaches screen for individual member NRT contraindications, answer questions/concerns, help ensure correct usage, then it is ordered and sent directly to the member s home.
