6 PROCESS 6 What to expect PROCESS The work we do can be done anywhere with an internet connection; however, we really enjoy working directly with clients. Getting to know them allows us so much more insight into what drives them and, ultimately, what drives their business working with entrepreneurs inspires us. All of our projects begin with a meeting. If we have the ability to meet in person, we will; otherwise, we set up video calls and screenshares to do our best to replicate that feeling. Our initial meetings are held off-site to eliminate distractions we would both encounter at work. Our initial meetings often include beer and/or caffeine. In the coming sections, we will give you a bit more detail on how we execute our work. Keep in mind, however, that we still vary from client to client as needed. This is not only to justify the word custom in our tagline but to truly offer you the best solution to your need.

Be it as simple as an address to as complex as a project management system, we will tailor our research and approach to guarantee you the best possible results.

Yet, we meticulously track and categorize our work so as to provide transparency to you as our client and to better estimate any future work. For hourly work, we will give an estimate after our initial meeting for how long we believe the project may take. We are always willing to let you know where our work and resources have been allocated throughout the length of our work together.
