Stanley Wong is a Banking & Finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in the Bancassurance and Ultra-High Networth Wealth Management space. He has worked in MNCs such as Prudential, Aon and Citibank. Stanley specializes in financial planning and business insurance planning for Private Banking and SMEs. He is currently the Head of Sales with the UOB Group Bancassurance Unit, and directs the department in serving SME customers for both Business Banking and Commercial Banking. 2

3 Mr Gary Ng Director, Principal Continuity Consultant Infinity Continuity Achieving Organisational Resilience with Business Continuity Planning Organisations today compete in a complex operating environment regardless of their size, structure or industry. Scenarios which were once deemed unlikely to occur can no longer be discounted. Examples include environmental effects, flash floods, pandemics, and an ever increasing reliance on specialised skills sets to enhance productivity, and so on. If unprepared, business owners may fall victim to such events, resulting in a business disruption. Through business continuity planning, such scenarios can be addressed by identifying potential risks and its impact to the organisation, and more importantly, focusing on what is critical to the survival of the organisation. Prior to establishing Infinity Continuity, Gary has been with the Singapore Public Service for 14 years in agencies such as the Singapore Civil Defence Force, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, Ministry of Manpower and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Throughout his career, he has been assigned specific portfolios covering business continuity, emergency response, crisis management as well as national emergency planning. Gary is a certified Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), an ordinary member of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), and has been previously admitted as a Graduate Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (GIFireE). 3

4 Succession Planning for SMEs Succession planning is an important and yet sensitive subject for SMEs. Despite its sensitivity, it is better to address it, sooner the better. Oun Hean is a highly experienced Human Resource (HR) and Industrial Relations leader, whose career spanned over 30 years with key appointments in Singapore s Ministry of Manpower, Maybank, Singapore Airlines and Deloitte Southeast Asia. Following his corporate appointments, he has started his consulting career in late 2011, providing advisory and training services to numerous organizations. He has extensive, both strategic and hands-on, experience in HR management, job analysis and evaluation, job grading and salary structure, performance management systems, wage reform, profit-sharing bonus schemes, flexible benefits scheme and competency framework design and assessment. 4

Speakers Profile Ya Kun International Pte Ltd Mr Adrin Loi took over the business of Ya Kun Kaya Toast in In 2000, he set up Ya Kun (S) Pte Ltd and became its Managing Director, overseeing the whole food manufacturing facility. He was also integral to the Company's plan for expansion through franchising and in 2001, Ya Kun International Pte Ltd was established. 6 Yang Kee Logistics Pte Ltd Mr Ken Koh Managing Director Yang Kee Logistics Pte Ltd Mr Ken Koh, 38, is the son of the Founder of Yang Kee, Mr Koh Yang Kee, and the Managing Director of the company. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 2001 with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He was involved in Business Development in Hewlett Packard before joining Yang Kee Logistics in 2001 as the IT manager. Mr Ken Koh is responsible for strategic planning, business development and overseas expansion of Yang Kee networks. He also manages companies subsidiaries including Yang Kee Holdings, Nutrans Logistics, Yang Kee Chemical Logistics & Yang Kee Marine and Offshore, Sankyo Global Logistics and other overseas subsidiaries. 6
