17 TALENT DEVELOPMENT (PENNY BONGATO) SERVICES TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT (STM) Professorial core assembled by CICT and BPAP to develop the National Services Technology Management (STM) curriculum, based on SSME (Services Science, Management and Engineering) Industry survey on required competencies completed, conducted among BPAP and PSIA members Memorandum of Agreement signed last December 2010 between BPAP, CICT, and IBM to promote the rollout Certification program pilot will be initially deployed via the UP National Engineering Center, with existing faculty

19 Next Steps and Action Needed STM curriculum to be reviewed and sanctioned by BPAP Talent Committee, in partnership with the professorial core BPAP and CICT, with IBM s partnership, to lead and promote the curriculum rollout beyond the pilot schools APC and UP Formulation of a standardized, BPAP-accredited testing and certification process to encourage student engagement and promote industry recognition BPAP, CICT, professioral core and IBM are meeting on APRIL 6 to further discuss.
