Introduction In order to introduce paid parking for all users of the TU/e Campus, it was necessary to expand the current parking management system with new techniques such as license plate recognition and a new subscription system. The Campus Card must now be used to open the barriers. If you enter your licence plate number ion (H)Eerlijk Parkeren, the barrier will also open by license plate recognition. If a license plate is not recognized, the subscriber can always enter and leave the campus by using the campus card. The campus card may look as follows, with or without a picture. Subscribers can park their vehicle with their campus card in the areas that are made accessible for them. The following areas are connected to the system: TU/e campus area Kranenveld (the parking area behind TNO-Helix-Matrix-Vertigo) MMS area The subscriber needs to open an account on the following web site: A maximum of two (2) license plates can be linked to one pass. The vehicles with these license plates can then use the entrances. With this arrangement only one vehicle per user can be present. The pass needs to be held in front of the reader, as shown in the next picture, pointed out by the red arrow. The campus card is used if the license plate of the vehicle cannot be recognized. 4 2. Registration of a new user The first time that you visit the site, you need to open an account. You can do so by clicking the link hier (here). Enter your address and a password with which you wish to register, and click the button Maak account aan. Page 4 of 12

5 You will then receive a confirmation that the account has been opened. Go to your mailbox and confirm the registration by clicking the link in the . You will then receive a registration confirmation. Page 5 of 12

6 3. Registration to the Heerlijk Parkeren website Go to your personal page and log in with the data you just entered. Enter your Campus card number (This is listed on the front - left side- of your card) and the registration code. The registration code is the date of birth in the following format:yyyy-mm-dd. Then click the button: Registreren (Register): Page 6 of 12

7 Enter your last name and 1 or 2 license plates. Click the Opslaan (Save) button to enter the data. You can enter a maximum of 2 license plates. Please note that only one (1) vehicle can be present at the TU/e campus concurrently. Your account is now ready for use. Page 7 of 12

8 4. My data ( Mijn gegevens ) The tab mijn gegevens can be used for the following: change your data ( Gegevens wijzigen ) change your password ( Wachtwoord wijzigen ) change your address ( adres wijzigen ) log out ( Uitloggen ) Page 8 of 12

9 5. My history ( Mijn historie ) The tab Mijn historie shows your parking history. The tab Mijn historie can be used for the following: Browse through your history (Previous is Vorige, next is Volgende ) Print your history ( Afdrukken ) Log out Page 9 of 12

10 6. My credit balance ( Mijn tegoed ) In the tab mijn tegoed you can see your current credit balance and you can upgrade this. The tab mijn tegoed can be used for the following: Upgrade your credit balance ( Opwaarderen ) Print your upgrades ( Afdrukken ) Log out ( Uitloggen ) Click the button Opwaarderen to increase your credits. 11 Enter the amount that you wish to upgrade and take into account the minimum and maximum amount of your credit. Click Volgende (Next). If you wish to start the payment, please click the button Betalen Follow the steps to execute the ideal payment. Page 11 of 12

12 When the payment was successful, the following screen will pop up. Click the link hier (here) to return to your personal page. 7.
