Engelsk Fish and seafood is eaten by everyone regardless of culture, religion and ethnicity. We have different food traditions, and encounters between cultures can oſten result in interesting new dishes. As this recipe leaflet shows. The recipes have been prepared by the Islamic-oriented Urtehagen kindergarten in Oslo and the booklet published in cooperation with Fiskesprell, a nationwide government-backed initiative to encourage children and youngsters to eat more fish. 3 Skattkiste Oppskriſt for 2 voksne og 2 barn 600 gram Fiskefilet (torsk, sei, laks ) 2 gulrot ½ brokkoli olivenolje 1 løk grillfolie ½ Blomkål potet eller ris 1 paprika Pakistansk barneraita: ½ boks lettrømme ½ agurk ½ boks Naturell yoghurt og pepper Agurk rives på rivjern og alt blandes sammen, og serveres med skattekisten. Treasure chest Recipe for 2 adult and 2 children Ingredients: 600 g filleted fish (cod, saithe, salmon ) 2 carrots ½ broccoli head olive oil 1 onion aluminium foil ½ cauliflower head potatoes or rice 1 bell pepper Pakistani children s raita: ½ tub light sour cream ½ cucumber ½ tub natural yoghurt and pepper Grate the cucumber, and leave to drain in a colander. Mix the remaining ingredients. Serve with the treasure chest. Ku dar waxyaabaha kale ee dhiman. Ku bixi sanduuqa-yar. Fremgangsmåte: 1. Skjær grønnsakene og fisk i små biter. 2. Del om grillfolien i ca 50 X 50 og smør med litt olje. 3. La barna selv bestemmehva de vil ha med i skattekisten. 4. Pakk folien godt sammen. 5. Legg skattekisten i ovnen eller på grill, bruk sterkvarme! 5 15 minutter avhengig av størrelse. 6. Kan servers med kokt ris eller potet. Sursøt saus 1 boks lettrømme 1 boks Naturell yoghurt sitronpepper 1 ss ketchup Pizzakrydder 1. Dice the vegetables and fish. 2. Cut the aluminium foil into approx. 50 cm x 50 cm squares and grease with a little oil. 3. Allow the children to decide for themselves what they want to put in the treasure chest. 4. Pack the foil snugly around the ingredients. 5. Put the treasure chest in the oven or on a barbecue, on high heat! Grill for 5 15 minutes, depending on size. 6. Can be served with boiled rice or potatoes. Sweet and sour sauce 1 tub light sour cream 1 tub natural yoghurt lemon pepper 1 tbsp ketchup pizza seasoning 1. Dice the salmon fillet into very small cubes. Then chop into small pieces. ½ leek 2. Chop the leek into small pieces 1 tsp Tandoori Masala 3. Mix the salmon, leek and seasoning 1 tsp pepper 4. Make small, round burgers from the salmon and fry in oil. 1 tsp lemon pepper 5. Serve with wholemeal burger buns and salad. 1 tsp garam masala olive oil Salmonburger Fremgangs måte: 1. 5 Laks Curry Oppskriſt for 2 voksne og 2 barn 600 gram laksefileet 1 store løk 2 tomater 1 glass Dolmio saus 150 gram lettrømme 5 spiseskje Tandoori Masala olivenolje 500 gram ris Salmon Curry Recipe for 2 adult and 2 children 600 g salmon fillet 1 large onions 2 tomatoes 1 jar Dolmio sauce 150 g light sour cream 5 tblsp Tandoori Masala olive oil 500 g rice Curry Salmon Loogu talagalay 2 qof wayn iyo 2 carruur 600 garaam kalluunka nooca salmon 1 basal wayn 2 yaanyo 1 gasac suugada Dolmio 150 garaam kareemka dhannaan oo khafiif ah 5 qaado Tandoori Masala Cusbo Saliidda Oliifada 500 garaam oo bariis ah Fremgangs måte: 1. Sitronpepper etter smak Fish with dill Recipe for 2 adult and 2 children Ingredients: 600 g fish fillet ½ aubergine ½ bunch of fresh dill ½ red onion (sliced thinly) (for both fish and sauce) 1 courgettes (sliced thickly) ½ leek Olive oil 1 lemons Lemon pepper and Sour cream sauce 1 tub light sour cream ½ bunch finely chopped dill Lemon pepper to taste Kalluun iyo dill Loogu talagalay 2 qof wayn iyo 2 carruur 600 garaam fileetiga kalluunka ½ bassal nooca casaanka ½ qiyaas yar ee geedka dill (kalluunka iyo (si yar-yar loo jarey) suugada labaduuba loo isticmaali doono) 1 khudradda courgettes ½ khudradda leek (si ballaaran u jaran) 1 liimo Saliidda Oliifada ½ khudradda aubergine Liin, bas-baas iyo cusbo Suugada Kareemka Dhanaanka ah 1 weel-yar kareemo dhanaan khafiif ah ½ qiyaas yar ee geedka dill oo si yar-yar loo jarey Liin iyo bas-baas qiyaasta aad jeceshahay Fremgangs måte: 1. Place everything in a large roasting dish lined with aluminium foil. 3. Add finely chopped dill, leek and seasoning. 4. Heat the aubergine in the microwave for approx. 10 min. Add a little. 5. Put the whole aubergine in the pan with the fish and vegetables. 6. Add a little oil. 7. Squeeze the lemon juice over the dish. 8. Heat in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 250 C. 9.
