8 How does Albany epay work? Albany epay collects payment data and goes through a three stage process: Validate - Authorise - Send. Once configured, the process of sending a payment takes moments and a minimum of clicks. The three stages are sequential and can either be user-driven or automated through the scheduler and workflow configuration, creating a task-oriented user experience that prompts action at each stage. 10 Implementation Support and Maintenance From receipt of order, our team of professional consultants will ensure a smooth and timely implementation of your solution. The scope and intensity of the implementation caters to your needs.
