1 COSMA Annual Report U.S. Institutions This annual report should be completed for your academic unit/sport management program and submitted electronically to COSMA no later than July 31 of each year. Remember that your outcomes assessment plan needs to include two or more direct and two or more indirect measures of student learning at the program level. You will need to insert your own direct and indirect student learning measures when completing Ehibit A. On the bottom of Ehibit A, space is provided for a narrative description of changes and improvements you plan to make as a result of your assessment activity. Programmatic Information F.
